Tanushree Dutta On Entering Bigg Boss: You Think Salman Khan Is God and Bigg Boss Is Heaven?

Tanushree Dutta hit back at the haters who were joking that the actress’ allegations against Nana Patekar were for the sake of publicity and that she will be seen in the next Bigg Boss season.

Makers of the reality television show Bigg Boss are known for selecting hand-picked contestants with a troubled past and involved in controversy for maximum entertainment and drama. Given the new wave of ‘Me Too’ movement in Bollywood lead by Tanushree Dutta, one cannot help but think, does she want to enter the Bigg Boss house? Well, former Bigg Boss contestant Rakhi Sawant thought so too and this is what Tanushree Dutta had to say to that comment!

Recently at a press conference, Bollywood’s resident drama queen, Rakhi Sawant stated that whatever Tanushree Dutta is doing is simply to enter the Bigg Boss house.

Finally, while talking to Republic TV, Tanushree cleared the rumours surrounding her entry in to Salman Khan hosted Bigg Boss 12. She hit back at the haters who assumed that her allegations against Nana Patekar of sexual harassment was to gain publicity,  “This is a way to discredit me that I am doing this for Bigg Boss. What, you think is a great aspiration? I don’t think that. You think Salman Khan is god and Bigg Boss is heaven, I don’t think that.”

Further Tanushree Dutta revealed that the makers of the reality show have offered her crores of rupees over the years to join Bigg Boss and she has consistently been saying no. Tanushree also explained that she needs to move around and that she is claustrophobic anyway so participating in Bigg Boss is not an option for her.

In the meanwhile, political party MNS (Maharashtra Navanirman Sena) has reportedly, threatened the makers of Bigg Boss— Colors Channel and Viacom 18 that they will vandalize their offices and incite violence if at all Tanushree Dutta enters the reality show.

When asked about his stance on Tanushree Dutta and Nana Patekar’s on-going controversy, host Salman Khan simply said that he is not aware of it.

Certainly, it looks like Tanushree Dutta will not be entering the Bigg Boss house during season 12, not only because she does not want to but also because the makers of the show possibly cannot risk inviting the wrath of MNS.
