We all have witnessed that Manish Malhotra brings the best Bridal collection every year and being one of the favorite designer for showcasing the amazing bridal collection. Indian Couture Week 2016 which is been held at Taj Palace, Delhi inaugurated the show with the couture line by celebrity designer Manish Malhotra. Ace designer Manish Malhotra showcased the bridal collection with the label ‘The Persian Story’ which was highly applauded.
‘The Persian story’ label is named after the Persian architecture. Label name is fittingly justified by giving us all the glimpse of heavy weaving zari, flora embroidery and patch works. What more, the entire set was designed in Persian architecture style to sink with the collection. What we loved from his entire collection was the pattern and designs. We really appreciated his take on modern way of weaving bridal collection by showcasing models in skirts with the frill at the bottom,wearing off-shoulder silhouettes with being sober and appealing. We equally loved the long jacket styled lehenga with the balancing exposure of mid-riff.
The show held the audience spell bound when Deepika Padukone and Fawad Khan for Manish Malhotra’s Persian Story walked the ramp. The duo looked hell hot and it looked like most of the crowd were gathered to have a glimpse of these hotties. Undeniably, Deepika Padukone as showstopper in off-shoulder top, high waist glittering skirt and golden choker jewellery form Hazoorilal’s slayed the show. Fawad Khan looked royal and regal in the Manish Malhotra’s latest collection.
