
Deepika Padukone happened to be only Indian actor to have entered on TIME’s 2018 100 Influential List
Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone, who recently had her big Hollywood debut opposite action star Vin Diesel in ‘xXx: Return Of Xander Cage’, featured on TIME Magazine’s 100 Most Influential People in the World 2018 list and the leggy lass said she feels honoured on her achievement. Indian Cricket Team captain Virat Kohli, too, features on the list.

As soon as the news broke, Deepika’s colleague Priyanka Chopra, who also featured on TIME’s influential list in 2016, sent congratulations to the ‘Padmaavat’ star. PC posted on her account that she was happy with Deepika’s achievement and felt proud as an Indian for her accomplishment. Priyanka also congratulated Indian skipper and Anushka Sharma’s husband Virat Kohli for making it to TIME’s influential list.

After Deepika Padukone shared an image of Time’s cover on her Instagram account, her co-star Vin Diesel heaped praises on the Indian actress on his Twitter handle, stating that she was an easy-going actress and he had a good time shooting for ‘xXx’ with her
Vin Diesel also wrote about Deepika’s matchless beauty and her dedication towards her craft.
Deepika is one of the highly paid actresses in Bollywood today and the last we heard was that she was paid more than her ‘Padmaavat’ male co-stars Ranveer Singh and Shahid Kapoor for the playing the titular character in the film that was mired in controversy. The former model also has more than 20 endorsements to her credit and Deepika Padukone has always come forward to talk about the lows in her life, including her bouts of depression.
