Rumours were rife at one point of time that Priyanka Chopra will be making her Bollywood comeback with the biopic of Sahir Ludhianvi, wherein she would be seen opposite Shah Rukh Khan. However, the pretty lady denied the same. But now, we have news that she is indeed making her comeback, with the same filmmaker, i.e. Sanjay Leela Bhansali, albeit with a different movie.
The movie is apparently based on a book, which is about a prostitute, and describes in details her life in the brothel. Reports are there that the role was initially offered to Rani Mukerji who had readily accepted it, but turned the same down after well-wishers reminded her that she had played a similar role in Bhansali’s ‘Saawariya’ and there were strong chances of being typecast. Hence, Priyanka came into picture.

Well, though there is no confirmation of the same and this news is purely on the basis of buzz that has been created and some trusted sources, we cannot deny the fact that this will indeed be a strong comeback for PeeCee, if she is planning to do it.

Currently, the actress is busy shooting for her hit TV series in the west, ‘Quantico’, and also ready for the promotions of her Hollywood debut ‘Baywatch’ where she will be seen playing the role of a baddie, named Victoria Reeds.
