Well, seems like Paris has become a hub of robberies and misfortunes, rather than being a lovey dovey paradise, that it was. If you remember, last month, Hollywood’s reality TV star Kim Kardashian was robbed in the capital city of France, and this time, it is none other than ‘Mayya Mayya’ star, Mallika Sherawat, who has fallen prey to it.

Allegedly, on the evening of November 11, three masked men attacked Mallika in the lobby of her residence at 16th arrondissement of Paris. Mallika at the time of incidence was with a male friend. The assailants, whose faces were covered with the mask, sprayed tear gas on them, punched in the face and tried to steal her hand-bag. It has been assumed that the original attempt was robbery.
Mallika is in a state of shock, and of course, injured as well. We wish her a speedy recovery.
The police has already started the investigation, exploring the robbery angle, and soon we would know what is the exact case.
Currently, the state of security against muggers and street criminals seems to be on a low for the capital city of Paris. Just two attacks in two months, on celebrities, surely will not do well to the tourism industry.
