Shah Rukh Khan is not only known for being the king of romance in Bollywood but also the king of spouting out witty answers on command. So, obviously during the award show Shah Rukh was asked to comment on his rumoured ex-lady love’s engagement to 25-years old American singer Nick Jonas.
When the actor was asked to comment on Priyanka’s engagement and upcoming wedding, Shah Rukh Khan swiftly replied, “Even I am getting married. I’ll send you an invite. I will send you the card for the reception and also, do come for the mehendi.”
As expected Shah Rukh Khan’s witty answer charmed everyone in the audience!
Until few years back Shah Rukh Khan and Priyanka Chopra were good friends, however, reportedly, sparks flew between the pair while filming for Farhan Akhtar’s ‘Don 2’.
The closeness between the two actors did not go unnoticed.
