Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut’s trouble streak does not seem to be ending! Apart from her upcoming epic drama ‘Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi’ and Cannes appearance— Kangana Ranaut has been making headlines due to all the wrong reasons. Recently it has been reported that a broker has filed a complaint against Kangana Ranaut and her sister Rangoli at Khar Police Station for not paying the due brokerage on her Pali Hill’s bungalow.
As per a report in DNA, Prakkash G Rohira, the broker claimed that the actress has not paid him the complete consideration towards the brokerage. However, the actress’ team claimed in a statement that the brokerage of 1%, Rs 20 lakh was paid as per industry standards but now the broker is demanding for 2% brokerage.

Explaining her side of the story, Kangana told to the newspaper, “I paid the agency who did the Bungalow deal for me one percent brokerage which adds to Rs 22 lakhs, their dues have been paid many months ago. The said person is one of the brokers who offered this deal to me. My finance team never dealt with him directly but now he is harassing us for the Rs 22 lakhs moreover he is claiming 2 percent of the transaction made from my end which was never promised to him before or after the deal so this doesn’t make sense and we have made it clear to the cops as well, as we have all the evidence.”
As per reports, the broker approached the police sometime during July-end with a confidential written complaint stating his grievances. The broker further stated that he was sure of his case and that he will present proof of his claim in due time.
In September 2017, by paying Rs 1.03 crore as stamp duty, Kangana Ranaut purchased the property in question in one of Mumbai’s most upmarket localities, Pali Hill. The property in talk is worth Rs 20.07 crore and is in total 3,075 sq ft.
