Abhijit Shinde, a popular Bollywood dancer who had shaken a leg with many celebrities like Ranbir Kapoor, Ranveer Singh and Ajay Devgn was found dead at his Bhandup residence on Thursday morning. As per reports the dancer ended his life after battling with depression for a long time.
According to a leading daily, 32-year-old Abhijit Shinde started sinking into depression after his wife left him and took his toddler daughter along months ago.
A police officer confirming the news of Abhijit’s battle with depression stated to the leading newspaper, “Shinde’s wife had been living at her mother’s place since the past three months. She was not allowing Shinde to meet their two-year-old daughter, which upset him badly. He had been depressed over the past few days.”

It is suspected that Abhijit hanged himself at around 6.30 a.m on Thursday or during the night of Wednesday-Thursday.
Abhijit Shinde’s mortal remains were found by his neighbours when they went to check on the dancer as he had left his house’s door open. Upon entering the house his neighbours found his mortal remains hanging from a ceiling fan. Swiftly, Abhijit’s neighbours informed the police and he was taken to a nearby hospital where the dancer was announced dead on arrival by the doctors.
Police have handed over Abhijit Shinde’s mortal remains to his family after conducting a post-mortem.
As per reports, Abhijit Shinde has left a note stating that all the money in his bank account should go to his two-year-old daughter.
