Rob Kardashian is ordered to stop uploading sexually explicit photos of Blac Chyna on social media and to stay away from her.
Reality TV stars Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna split is becoming the headlines for every dirty drama the duos have been making. It all started last week when Rob Kardashian posted nude photos of ex-fiance Blac Chyna on his Insta account. He also posted a video of Chyna in which she was seen kissing the other guy and accusing her of drug intake. The Kardashain family too are upset with Rob Kardashian over his social media rant against his ex alleging her of cheating and betraying. Rob and Chyna are spitting venom against each other and the matter has made its way to court.
Blac Chyna, whose legal name is Angela White, appeared in court with her lawyer Lisa Bloom with a petition to restrain Rob from cyber bullying her and staying away from her. The petition requested the court to stop Rob Kardashian from putting sexually explicit images of Blac Chyna on social media.
Blac Chyna also mentioned in her petition regarding how Rob got violent in front of her 4-year-old son King, back in April. The petition reads, “Rob immediately grabbed my phone and pushed me to the ground by aggressively shoving me by the side of my arm and hitting me on the side. I fell down from the blow to my side. I was sore and it hurt to walk.”
The court have granted restraining order against Rob Kardashian for keeping away from Chyna and abusing her on social media. Blac Chyna’s lawyer Lisa told that the petition is been accepted by court with everything they sought for. “We had a complete and total victory. The judge gave us everything we asked for, which is a set of very strong and enforceable restraining orders against Rob Kardashian. As we have said all along, revenge porn is a form of domestic abuse,” Bloom said. “It is also a crime in California and 38 other states.”
Rob Kardashian did not turn up in court but, his lawyer Attorney Robert Shapiro represented his client Kardashian. Shapiro said that Rob have agreed to follow the court order and will follow all the conditions. He further added, “I,personally, on Mr. Kardahsian’s behalf apologized and offered our regrets as to what happened in the past couple of days,” Shapiro said. “Now we move forward to do one thing and one thing only, what ever is in the best interest of the child.”
Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna split their ways back in December 2016. We do not see any hope of reconciliation after this courtroom drama.
