As Kapil Sharma is going off-air, The Drama Company – Krushna Abhishek will take the slot of Kapil Sharma Show
Comedian Kapil Sharma has been going through a bad phase since a very long time. The comedian turned actor has been facing lots of health issues. Due to his health issues, the TRP of the show has affected in a big way. Also, many actors were asked to return back from the sets due to Kapil’s health issues. Now according to reports, ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ has been pulled down. Yes, the show is going off-air and the reason behind this decision is Kapil Sharma’s health.
Since a very long time, Kapil has been facing low blood pressure issues and stress, which has affected the TRP of ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’. As per media reports, the channel and Kapil mutually decided to take some break and start shooting for the fresh episodes after few weeks.

An official spokesperson from the channel said, “Kapil has been under the weather for sometime now. Due to which, we have mutually agreed to take a short break. However once Kapil has recovered completely, we will start shooting once again. We value our relationship with Kapil and wish him a speedy recovery.”
Kapil has also spoken about his show taking a break. “Yes, I am just going to rest for some days. It is just a drop of a few episodes because I cannot ignore my health at this stage when my movie is also going to release and the coming schedule is going to be more hectic. I will come back with full force. I am thankful to the channel that they allowed me and did not put any pressure,” Kapil told Pinkvilla.
Meanwhile, Sony channel has planned not to disappointment their huge fan followers with rerunning old episodes of ‘The Kapil Sharma Show for the time being. The Drama Company starring Krushna Abhishek will be on air at 9 pm while ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’s re-run episodes will be aired at 8 pm.
