Gold Awards 2018 Winners List: Jennifer Winget, Mouni Roy, Hina Khan Win Big

One of the most prestigious award ceremonies of the Indian television fraternity— Gold Awards 2018 took place at Mumbai’s Film City yesterday evening. The star-studded event was attended by the big names of the television fraternity like Mouni Roy, Hina Khan, Divyanka Tripathi, Jennifer Winget, Dipika Kakar, Shoaib Ibrahim, Tejasswi Prakash, Sriti Jha, Drashti Dhami among others.

The fun filled event was hosted by ‘Ishqbaaaz’ actor Nakuul Mehta and actor-comedian Ali Asgar. This is not all, the stage was set on fire by some sizzling performances by Shakti Arora, Helly Shah, Karan Tacker, Drashti Dhami, Divyanka Tripathi, Karishma Tanna and Karan Patel.

However, the award winners stole the limelight of the show! Nominees and the winners for each category were finalized based on the number of popular votes received. Given the talent that the industry is brimming with currently, the competition in each category was tough! Jennifer Winget, Hina Khan, Mouni Roy, Vivian Dsena were few of the celebrities given the top honors. Obviously Jennifer Winget fetched her Best Actress award for heart winning role of Zoya in ‘Bepannaah’. Vivian Dsena took the Best Actor award.
