According to reports, Deepak’s wife Shivani has thrown him out of his 4BHK posh flat in Mumbai. She has not only thrown him out of the house but has also filed a divorce case and has demanded alimony.
His wife is being too cruel with him and that will leave you pity for the actor. As per media reports, Deepak barely manages to enter his house. Shivani allows him to use only one room of his flat. In fact, even servants are told that he is not given any food and no room cleaning should be done.

Wondering why? Reportedly, Shivani suspects that Deepak is having an affair with a yoga instructor, who is much younger than him. However, Deepak has shot back and has filed a case of ‘nullity’ against Shivani. Yes, Deepak has found that his wife Shivani has not yet divorced her first husband and because of which she has no right to ask for alimony from him.
The battle is being fought in Family Court, Bandra and the question is why Deepak should pay Shivani’s cost of living when she is still married to her first husband. Strange! Surely Deepak Tirjori is currently in tough state and needs a good help.
