Is It A Box Office War Between Hrithik Roshan’s ‘Super 30’ and Kangana Ranaut’s ‘Manikarnika’?
Kangana Ranaut and Hrithik Roshan, who have been engaged in a public war of words, will have a face-off at box office as their films are scheduled to hit the theatres on the same day in January next year.

Bollywood actors Hrithik Roshan and Kangana Ranaut are two exes who claim that the grapes have gone sour! Ever since the abrupt end of their whirlwind romance Hrithik Roshan and Kangana Ranaut have been locking horns in court rooms and through their explosive statements regarding one another. However, this time around maybe they are preparing for a face-off at the box office?

Hrithik Roshan’s ‘Super 30’ and Kangana Ranaut’s ‘Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi’ were scheduled to release early next year on the Indian Republic Day weekend— January 25, 2019.However, before we could place our bets and book our seats for either of the multi-starrer movies— Hrithik Roshan has decided to prepone the release of Vikas Bhal directed ‘Super 30’.

As per several reports the movie based on the life of the Indian mathematician Anand Kumar and his educational programme super 30 has been preponed by a week. The tentative new release date for the movie is now January 18, 2019.

The makers of ‘Super 30’ took this decision to not only avoid any controversies surrounding the ex-lovers—Hrithik and Kangana; but also, so that the Vikas Bhal directed film can enjoy one whole week of non-competitive showtimes that will yield in better box-office returns. This is particularly a smart move as ‘Super 30’ will not only enjoy one week of single at run at the box-office but will also add more to its kitty due to Republic Day’s extended weekend.

If one would have added Hrithik and Kangana’s cat and dog fight to the equation of their multi-starrer expensive movies— probably none of the films would have done well enough to yield sufficient box-office returns. Given the recent performance that both, Hrithik and Kangna have given at the box-office— a lot depends on the individual successes of ‘Super 30’ and ‘Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi’.

While filming of Hrithik Roshan’s ‘Super 30’ is going smoothly, Kangana’s ‘Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi’ has hit a road block again.

As per latest reports actor Sonu Sood has walked out the period drama film. Sonu Sood’s spokesperson confirmed that the actor has left the film for his previous commitments to Karan Johar produced and Ranveer Singh starrer ‘Simmba’. A source close to Sonu states that the actor left the period drama due to Kangana Ranaut’s unprofessional conduct and false accusations.

Although, Kangana Ranaut claims that Sonu Sood left the film because he ‘refused to work under a female director’. Kangana also stated that Sonu refused to to meet her to discuss the dates and has no faith in her.

Post Sonu Sood’s abrupt departure, the filmmakers are considering a new actor and will start shooting the scenes all over again.
