Tuesday has started on sad note. One of the most popular television couples— ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ actor Karan Patel and his actress wife Ankita Bhargava were expecting but unfortunately, they have suffered a miscarriage.
Four-months pregnant Ankita was last seen flaunting her barely there baby bump at the Gold Awards 2018 few days back. Ankita was glowing in a pink gown alongside her husband Karan.

A day later Ankita and Karan suffered the unfortunate miscarriage. Ankita’s father and Karan’s reel father-in-law Abhay Bhargava confirmed the devastating news but refrained from divulging into further details. However, he did assure that Ankita was doing better given the circumstances.
Through an adorable post on Instagram Karan announced the impending arrival of their child. The quirky photo titled as ‘Yeh Diwali Hai Babywali’ revealed that Karan and Ankita were expecting the arrival of their first child in November this year.
Looking forward to the lifelong festival of parenthood, an excited Karan told Bombay Times, “I would love to have a daughter, as baby girls are their fathers’ angels. I am looking forward to changing nappies and waking up at odd hours.”
But it looks like destiny had other plans for the couple.
Loss of a child is disheartening and difficult. We wish Ankita Bhargava a speedy recovery and the grieving couple the strength to overcome this loss.
