Firstly, most of you would agree that Shah Rukh Khan is indeed globally iconic figure. Shah Rukh Khan has had an incredible journey in Bollywood and has rose up to become what he is after much of struggle and hard work. King Khan has now won the award for “The Global Icon Of The Year 2016” at the recent Filmfare Glamour and Style Awards 2016 in Mumbai.
Unfortunately, SRK could not collect his award as he is shooting for Imtiaz Ali’s next, ‘The Ring’ in Budapest. But he made sure to record an acceptance speech for his fans and it’s extremely hilarious. In cold weather, right from Budapest, SRK has recorded witty thank you video for his fans.

He said in his speech, “I don’t think I am an icon because my dog at home doesn’t think I am an icon. My friends don’t think I am an icon, my family don’t think I am an icon and the best they think is I am someone who arrive at appointments always late. All I did was my thing, work hard and little bit of acting I did.”
He also said, “So by that logic, being a global icon would imply for me, at best, that I am a beautiful etching on a barstool at an Ikea store open for everyone to put their bums on, especially people from social media. I don’t think I can handle that.”
Towards the end of the video, Shah Rukh Khan shows his notorious and flirtatious side that one should not afford to miss it. The actor also gives some tips to men over not wearing thermal. This video proves, SRK is smart, witty and the most dashing actor of B-town. Don’t you agree?
