‘Suits’ actress Meghan Markle and Britain’s Prince Harry’s engagement is ending its term as the couple is all set for their Royal wedding. The Royal Wedding is to take place tomorrow at Windsor Castle’s St. George Chapel. One of the most anticipated wedding mere days away we are sure you cannot help but wonder who all will be in attendance?
Let’s talk about the invitation cards first. The invitations have been produced by London based Barnard & Westwood Fine Printers. The British binding company holds the “Royal Warrant for Printing & Bookbinding by Appointment to Her Majesty The Queen” since 1985. The glossy cards are dye-stamped in gold. The most striking feature of the invitation has to be the Three Feather Badge of The Prince of Wales. The invitation cards have been sent out to 600 guests among which 200 guests are invited to the post wedding party.
Invitations to the wedding of Prince Harry and Ms. Meghan Markle, which will take place at Windsor Castle on May 19, have been issued in the name of His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales. Guests have been invited to the service at St George's Chapel and to the lunchtime reception at St George's Hall, which is being given by Her Majesty The Queen. Apart from the immediate family members of the bride and groom, 50 other Royals are expected to make an appearance at the wedding.
As for the celebrities—soon to be princess Meghan Markle’s friend and our desi girl, Priyanka Chopra confirmed that she will be attending the wedding way back in April! Celebrity power couple George Clooney and Amal Clooney will attend the reception. Members of the beloved ‘The Spice Girls’ will also be attending. Yes, all five of them— Victoria Beckham, Mel B, Melanie C, Emma Bunton and Geri Halliwell.
Meghan’s former co-workers—the entire star cast of the popular series ‘Suits’ are expected to be a part of the celebrations. Gabriel Macht, Gina Torres, Jacinda Barrett, Rick Hoffman, Sarah Rafferty, Abigail Spencer and Markle’s reel husband Patrick J. Adams will probably attend the wedding ceremony and the party later.
Markle’s best friend and Canadian stylist Jessica Mulroney have arrived in London to help with the preparations, along with her daughter Ivy Mulroney, 4, who is bridesmaids and twin sons Brian Mulroney and John Mulroney, 7, pageboys on the royal wedding. Reportedly, Jessica helped Meghan pick out the wedding dress.
Markus Anderson, the one who introduced the royal couple is expected to be at the wedding. ‘True Blood’ actress Janina Gavankar is also rumoured to be an attendee. American tennis player Serena Williams, singer Ed Sheeran along with fiancé Cherry Seaborn, Clara Delevingne and Sir Elton John too, are attending the wedding and the party later. Sir Elton John is also performing at the royal wedding.
The London-raised fashion designer who played cupid introducing the couple, Misha Nonoo is also attending Meghan Markle’s wedding.
On the contrary, powerful politicians Donald Trump, Barack and Michelle Obama and UK Prime Minister Theresa May are not on the Royal wedding guest list.
