Tanushree Dutaa may not have made it big in the industry, but she stirred up the #MeToo storm in Bollywood. As we are thankful that Me Too has finally arrived in India, Rakhi Sawant is calling out Tanushree Dutta of ‘raping’ her multiple times.

“I am too embarrassed to say this but I was raped twelve years ago. Being a girl, I shouldn’t even use this word (rape). I am ashamed, upset and hurting while telling this story,” she stated

She went on to state: “I want to tell the world that this disgusting incident has taken place with me, not just once but several times. I am afraid to take names because I am getting threats of murder and gang-rape. I have even filed a complaint to the police.”

“Tanushree was my best friend. She forced me into drugs. I was naive and innocent,” she added.

Rakhi Sawant urged people to start another movement called #ManToo or #HeToo.

We all know after Tanushree Dutta accused Nana Patekar of sex assault, many women opened up about their own Me Too stories alleging prominent names from the industry for inappropriate behavior and sexual misconduct. . However, Rakhi Sawant took a jibe against Tanushree  in a press conference calling the actress a liar and cooking fake stories against Patekar.

She had said, “Tanushree Dutta has gone mad. She was in a coma for 10 years. She has just woken up after a coma of 10 years. I don’t like saying such things about a woman. I respect women. But this Tanushree Dutta who has returned from America after 10 years is vomiting such things, because she has exhausted all the money from her bank account and has no work, has nothing and is blaming Nana Patekar ji. She is talking about the past, which has nothing to do with the incident. Nothing of this sort ever happened. If something like this would have happened…have you seen my song with Nana Patekar…he did not even touch me a little.”

Following which, Tanushree slapped defamation suit of Rs. 10 Crore against Sawant.

Rakhi, in response, has threatened to sue Tanushree Dutta of fefamation lawsuit of Rs 50 crore. She have posted numerous videos on her Instagram calling out Tanushree Dutta and making serious thing nothing but a mere joke.
