Preity Zinta Molestation Case: Mumbai Police Files Chargesheet Against Ness Wadia!

After making peace last year, Preity filed a fresh police complaint against Ness Wadia, alleging that he had molested, abused and threatened her inside Wankhede stadium in Mumbai.

Preity zinta molestation case resurfaces almost after four years as police registers a case against industrialist Ness Wadia. The 500 pages chargesheet has been filed against Wadia under Sections 354 (assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty), 506 (criminal intimidation) and 509 (word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman) of the Indian Penal Code.

According to reports, Ness Wadia, who jointly owns IPL team, Kings XI Punjab with Zinta, had misbehaved with the team staff on several occasions. Zinta has also submitted photographs as a proof in the case.

The incident in question had taken place at Mumbai’s Wankhede Stadium on May 30, 2014. It is being reported that Ness Wadia abused Preity and even molested her by grabbing her arm after she tried to maintain peace during a match. Soon, Preity Zinta had filed a complaint at South Mumbai’s Marine Drive police station against Wadia. He was granted bail on a personal bond of Rs 20,000.

While giving her statement to the police, the dimpled beauty had submitted four photographs, which showed bruises marks on her right arm.

Wadia from his side had shared the names of nine people as the witnesses who he claimed were present at the stadium and requested the police to record their statements.

Gene Goodenough, an American national whom Preity married in February 2016, also recorded his statement during the same year. In his statement, Goodenough stated that he had intervened when Wadia molested and abused Preity Zinta.
