Former Bollywood actress Pooja Bedi, who recently got engaged to boyfriend Maneck Contractor, is soon going to get married for the second time. She has engaged with her childhood friend this Valentine’s Day.
In an official Tweet actress revealed how Maneck Contractor proposed to her.

The 48-year-old actress had kept her love affair a secret till now and shared her love story with her fans via an article in an English daily. Talking about how she meet with Maneck, she told Bombay Times “Maneck and I have known each other since our boarding-school days. He was three years my senior. Though we weren’t that familiar with each other back then, we’ve always had common friends. Last year, he posted about his new venture in Goa on a chat group, and I went there to review it. That was how we reconnected,” she said.

Talking about Maneck’s relations with her kids, she said “I got divorced on February 14, 2003, and got engaged on February 14, 2019. I have had relationships in between and my kids have liked every person that I have been with. But it is very different with Maneck – they adore him and want him in our lives forever. Our families have merged beautifully. He has a wonderful open-heart, jovial, Parsi family, who welcomed me”.
Pooja was earlier married to Farhan Furniturewala in 1994. The couple has two children, daughter Aalia and son Omar. Pooja and Farhan got divorced in 2003 but share a warm relationship.

According to the news ‘Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikander’ girl had numerous past affairs before she decided to settle with Maneck Contractor. Actor Aditya Pancholi, her ‘Nach Baliye 3’ choreographer Hanif Hilal, Dwiti Vikramaditya, her ‘Big Boss 5’ fellow contestant Akashdeep Saigal are those men with whom the actress fell in love over the years.
Daughter of veteran actor Kabir Bedi and late Indian classical dancer Protima, Pooja Bedi is a well-known TV personality and a columnist. She appeared in films like ‘Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikander’ , ‘Lootere’, ‘Aatank Hi Aatank’.
Pooja’s daughter Aalia Furniturewalla, who is already popular on the social media, going to make her Bollywood debut opposite Saif Ali Khan with filmmaker Nitin Kakkar’s ‘Jawani Janeman’. The story of the film is based on the relationship of a 40-year-old man and his daughter, and Aalia will appear in the movie as Saif’s daughter.
