Priyanka Chopra’s Met Gala 2017 Look In Ralph Lauren’s Longest Trench Coat Is Stunner Amongst All
Just like last year both the actresses have caused ripples with their choice of dresses. Reminiscing her time at the Met Gala 2017, Priyanka posted some pictures of her infamous ballgown-meets-trench coat dress. A bespoke by Ralph Lauren attracted many eyes balls and has become one of the most iconic dresses worn on the red carpet of the Met Gala. Pretty amazing debut, isn’t it?
Whereas ‘Padmaavat’ actress’ debut paled in front of Priyanka’s. At the Met Gala last year, Deepika wore a Tommy Hilfiger bespoke backless satin slip gown with embellished details. While the actress carried the gown with her usual finesse, Deepika Padukone’s look paled when compared to Priyanka Chopra’s outrageous trench coat gown. However, it was not Priyanka’s gown that was most searched on Google but her fellow Indian actress Deepika’s!
Met Gala 2017: Deepika Padukone’s Gutsiest Debut At The Red Carpet
At the 2018 Met Gala, Deepika Padukone chose to wear a bespoke Prabal Gurung thigh-high slit gown. The scarlet red silk gown with a huge bow detail was teamed up with red heels. Keeping her makeup to the point, Deepika completed the look with scarlet red lips, statement jewelry and lightly smokey eyes.
Hopefully not a coincidence, like Deepika, Priyanka too wore a shade of dark red gown but as expected the outfit had a lot of oomph! Again, Priyanka Chopra chose to wear a strapless wine red velvet gown from the Ralph Lauren Collection. The deep red velvet gown had a beautiful velvet train along with a golden embellished and embroidered hood.
