The 24-year-old actress looked radiant in her Red and white lehenga, while groom Tapasvi looked handsome in white sherwani.

Palak’s pre-wedding functions including haldi, mehendi and sangeet ceremonies all took place in Indore. For the mehendi ceremony, the bride-to-be Palak looked beautiful in an olive-green kaftan.

Palak graced in all yellow during her haldi ceremony.

Palak’s prince charming Tapasvi Mehta is an actor, musician and cinematographer, who made his debut with, “Ishaan” a show by Disney Channel and played an interesting character as Rocky Singh Ahluwalia in the Sony TV drama, Parvarrish – Kuchh Khattee Kuchh Meethi.

Revealing why she chose her hometown Indore for the wedding, the beautiful groom said, “I could have got married in Mumbai, but I have my own reasons for choosing Indore. Firstly, it’s my hometown and secondly, I want people to take two days off and consider it as a short holiday. I don’t want them to stress about work”.

Breaking the stereotype it was Palak who proposed to him, going down on her knees. The much-in-love couple met in Australia for the first time. Palak was quoted saying, “A year later, I left for Australia for three months to work on the film’s production and that’s when things started rolling. One day, I proposed to him, going down on my knees, holding the ‘Will you marry me?’ card. I waited for him at his home and cooked his favourite dish, paav bhaji, and decorated the home with candles and flowers. I popped the question when he was least expecting it. I never thought that he could decline the proposal. I had given him no option (laughs!). He came to India in December 2017 and we told our respective families about our relationship a month later. I never believed that my first crush would be my husband, eventually.”

Sharing her excitement about getting married and their honeymoon plans, Palak Jain had said, “I am excited about getting married in the month of love, and we will take off to New Zealand for our honeymoon.”

Congratulations to the newly-wedded couple, Palak and Tapasvi!
