KJo, Saif and Varun Dhawan Mocked Kangana Ranaut Chanting ‘Nepotism Rocks’ At IIFA

Karan Johar, Saif and Varun Dhawan make nasty remarks against Kangana Ranaut on the IIFA stage and call themselves ‘product of nepotism’

Kangana Ranaut’s nepotism take is not gone well with many of Bollywood actors. The nepotism debate which started between Kangana Ranaut and producer Karan Johar traveled all the way to the IIFA 2017 awards show. IIFA Awards 2017 was all glittering with Bollywood stars and host for the evening were filmmaker Karan Johar and actor Saif Ali Khan. The host of the evening decided to revisit the much flared nepotism controversy on IIFA stage in New York.

Oh Man! Karan Johar’s Luxury Gucci Bag and It’s Pricey Tag Will Blow Your Mind!

While Varun Dhawan was called upon the stage to receive the award for the best performance in a comic role for Dishoom, the host took a dig at Kangana Ranaut in a most hilarious way. As we all know Karan Johar, Saif Ali Khan and Varun Dhawan inherit Bollywood from their parents. It was this weird moment when Saif congratulated Varun Dhawan for his award and joked that the actor had made it big in the industry because of his father, director David Dhawan.

Varun Dhawan too joined Karan Johar and Saif Ali Khan to take sly dig at the ‘Queen’ actress who had daringly called Karan Johar as ‘flagbearer of nepotism’.

Varun in reply to Saif said, And you’re here because of your mummy (veteran actress Sharmila Tagore).”

Karan Johar joined hands with duo and added, “I am here because of my pappa (late filmmaker Yash Johar).”

All together they applauded “Nepotism rocks”.

This was not the end. Varun Dhawan recalled Karan Johar’s movie ‘Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham’ song  “Bole choodiyan, bole kangana.”

Karan Johar interrupted Varun immediately saying,”Kangana naa hi bole toh achha hai… Kangana bahut bolti hai. (It’s better Kangana doesn’t say anything, she talks a lot)”

Karan Johar, Varun Dhwan and Saif Ali Khan’s nepotism joke left audience in splits. We are sure this sweet sour coated joke will be remembered for long. We were thinking that Kangana Ranaut and Karan Johar’s spark over nepotism debate was done and dusted, but looks like it’s not done yet.

Kangana Ranaut’s nepotism remark is like rubbing salt on wounds which will never heal. Well, there are few truth’s which one should agree rather than make it worse and Karan Johar needs to accept this right now.

You think Kangana will give a befitting reply to all of three? Let us know your thoughts in the comments box.
