Last week, Queen movie director Vikas Bahl was accused of sexual harassment. A woman who was employed with Phantom films said to Mumbai Mirror that Queen movie director Vikas Bahl had molested her while their trip to Goa a few months back. It came as a shocking news and grabbed more attention as few days before TVF founder Arunabh Kumar too was booked for sexual harassment by of his former anonymous employee.
Queen movie which gave a breaking path to Kangana Ranaut or can say which launched Kangana successful was asked to comment on her director. We all know Kangana do not speak things to flatter someone nor she does something just to seek the movies. She speak her mind and that is why she stand different from the herd.

When Kangana was asked to comment on the issue which involves director Vikas Bahl, she said,
“It’s a very serious issue. I can only say that it is very courageous of a woman to come out and speak about sexual harassment. It’s not regarding this particular event, because I am not the party involved, but generally speaking, women who face this should be encouraged to talk about it by their families and their colleagues without feeling ashamed about it.”
She further added, without taking any of the parties side,
“More women should come out and talk about whatever they feel because that’s how there will be awareness about these issues and of course, there will always be another side of the story as well and then there will be the authorities, who can decide what is the right thing to do. But people should speak up about whatever they feel, whether they are right or wrong, they must speak up and discuss.”
However, Phanthom’s existing partners Madhu Mantena, Anurag Kashyap and Vikramaditya Motwane have asked Vikas Bahl to step down from the company’s position as a shareholder until case resolves.
Kangana’s outspoken voice on molestation and sexual harassment is strength and encouragement for every woman who goes through this.
