We all know Kajol and filmmaker Karan Johar had a friendship for decades. However, things turned out bitter between the two during the huge clash between Ae Dil Hai Mushkil and Ajay Devgn’s Shivaay. During the launch of his autobiography, Karan Johar had revealed that how his 25-year-long friendship with Kajol ended after her one-word tweet supporting husband Ajay Devgn’s allegations against him.
“When she reacted to the whole situation and put out a tweet saying, ‘Shocked!’ that’s when I knew it was completely over for me. The tweet validated the insanity, that she could believe I would bribe someone. I felt that’s it. It’s over. And she can never come back to my life. Whenever Karan Johar spoke about his issues with Kajol, he grabbed all the headlines for it. On the other hand, Kajol always remained silent and chose not to react. Now that Karan Johar’s has been blessed with twins, Yash and Roohi, fans, as well as media, are expecting that the two might meet over the same.
In an interview, Kajol was asked if she would visit Karan Johar and meet his twins Yash and Roohi. Kajol immediately replied, “I am not answering any questions on that topic.”
This makes it pretty clear that things can never be alright between the two. There was a time when the two never did a film without each other’s concern and now its other way. Saddening!
