A day after Twinkle Khanna unbuttoned Akshay Kumar’s denim as part of the fashion show, an arrest warrant was issued on her name in 2009. Talking about the same, Twinkle explained that how she was already scared when Akshay called her up and requested to unbutton his denim.
Twinkle Agreed to marry Akshay because her movie flopped
This is truly the funniest one! When Akshay Kumar had proposed Twinkle Khanna for marriage, she agreed to marry only on one condition. Twinkle said she will marry to Akshay only if her film Mela flops at the Box Office. The film flopped and Twinkle said yes!

During the initial years of their courtship, Akshay Kumar had forgotten Twinkle Khanna’s birthday and with his last minute arrangements for her birthday, the actor gifted her crystal paperweight as a gift. Khanna later said she would want a ring of that size sometime in the future.

Twinkle Khanna is known to make some unapologetic confessions and she did not hesitate to reveal that her mother Dimple Kapadia thought Akhshay was a gay. Dimple said to Twinkle, “your friend Sanmit, who is doing some piece on a gay newspaper, is a gay.” Twinkle said that she almost fainted on hearing this. Even after convincing, Dimple Kapadia did not believe and made a condition to the couple that they should live at least more than a year together.

When Akshay was asked amongst Shah Rukh, Salman, Aamir and himself who would last longer, Akshay reacted, “If they stop smoking then they will, else I will.”

Twinkle made another confession that she rejected Karan Johar’s directorial debut Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, which eventually landed to Rani Mukherjee. Twinkle said, “I just had one hit in my career and that was the movie that I said no to. It was Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. Yes, I made Rani Mukerji’s career”.

As their bedtime ritual, the couple plays 10 rounds of the card game rummy and now Twinkle Khanna owes Kumar Rs. 4.5 lakh.
