It is no secret that Ranveer Singh has always delivered a power packed performance. Ranveer’s recent films ‘Padmaavat’, ‘Bajirao Mastani’ and ‘Dil Dhadakne Do’ are prime examples of his stellar acting skills. So, it comes as no surprise that Ranveer has lent his talent to an international film! As per reports Ranveer Singh has made a special appearance in Ali Zafar’s Pakistani film ‘Teefa In Trouble’.
As per Timesofindia.com, ‘Teefa In Trouble’ is about Ali Zafar’s character who wants to open a tikka outlet and the hijinks that follow later. Towards the climax of the film Ranveer Singh is seen endorsing Ali Zafar’s tikka outlet. Reportedly, in the film a billboard shows Ranveer Singh eating tikkas from Alia Zafar’s outlet.
Internet wasn’t pleased knowing Ranveer Singh’s cameo in Pakistani movie, knowing that the two borders do not share cordial relationship and actors too are banned to work cross borders. However, the fact is Ranveer is actually seen in a poster featuring and endorsing “Teefay De Tikkay”(the name of the shop Ali Zafar own in the movie).
There is more twist and it is believed that an old picture of Ranveer Singh from a 2016 ad campaign is photo-shopped. A twitter user wrote, “It’s not a cameo… In the end they’ve used a picture of Ranveer on their tikka… Ranveer is no way associated with it.”
