
The whole Bollywood fraternity came together for glittery Filmfare Awards 2017 that was held in Mumbai recently. The starry night witnessed Bollywood beauties Sonam Kapoor, Jacqueline Fernandez, Alia Bhatt, Preity Zinta, Disha Patani and many others in their glamorous designer outfits and took over the red carpet of the biggest awards night like a boss. From thigh-high slit gowns to sweeping dresses, B-town actresses carried themselves with confidence and sheer elegance. However, some fell flat with their red carpet choices.

Here are best and worst dressed Bollywood divas from the Filmfare Awards 2017 red carpet!
HIT: Pooja Hegde looked stunning in a black Ali Younes Couture strapless gown, giving a whole feeling of a princess. Intricately sequinned with shimmery pearls just looked magical. She finished out her look with hair up do and Smokey eye makeup.
HIT: Kriti Sanon picked striking thigh high slit cut gown by designer Shehlaa accessorized with jewellery from Aurelle by Leshna Shah. Her diamond headband was totally eye-grabbing were messy hair look was quite disappointing.
HIT: Sonakshi Sinha attended the Filmfare Awards in a shoulder-baring ruffled Gauri and Nainika gown accessorized with delicate earrings and green stone finger ring. We totally loved her top knot hairdo and dark lip that gave altogether a bold look!
WORST: Richa Chadda walked the red carpet in Papa Don’t Preach wrap gown with jewellery from Jet Gems While her retro look was on point, the gown itself looked dull and disappointing. Richa can gracefully carry bold looks and we think, she could have picked a black strapless gown instead.
HIT: Sophie Choudry looked gorgeous in an off-shoulder tulle gown from Terani Couture with wavy side-swept do, earrings and a sparkly Ferragamo clutch. He got the retro glam on point!
HIT: Parineeti Chopra has made us fall in love with this pretty pink gown featuring dramatic bow by Filipino designer, Mark Bumgarner. Great pick and we absolutely love the way she carried the gown with confidence.
HIT: Jacqueline Fernandez was clicked wearing a one-shouldered stunning grey gown by a Kuwait-based label, Ali Younes Couture. With her hair down and minimal makeup, the actress allowed her gown do the talking.
HIT: We wonder how Sonam Kapoor carries every Elie Saab gown so effortlessly. She wore a dream couture look with ease and looked absolutely stunning!
WORST: Neha Dhupia picked a white cotton top and a black pinstripe full-skirt. She accessorized her look with the long pearl layered necklace, which was quite not needed as the dramatic bow on the top seemed to be a right fit. Not so impressive and totally unexpected for a red carpet event!
HIT: Looking elegant yet youthful, Alia Bhatt stunned in a Prabal Gurung pink gown with jewellery from Anmol. She finished out her overwhelming look with the textured ponytail and minimal makeup.
HIT: Tamannaah Bhatia yet again nailed it with her killer look in a metallic Peter Langner gown. She finished out her look with hair up do and Smokey eye makeup.
Hit: Esha Gupta is just making us steal her look in a peach glittering Georges Hobeika gown with retro wavy side-parted do.
HIT: Agree or not, nobody better than Shilpa Shetty can carry such gutsy look. The actress looked hot yet bold in a yellow Manish Malhotra gown featuring a ruffled thigh-high slit. She finished out her red carpet look with long earrings and Oscar De La Renta pumps.
HIT: Preity Zinta looked like a fresh yellow flower in a yellow one-shoulder gown designed by Vidhi Wadhwani. She stood out with her gorgeous look at the starry night.
HIT: The newbie Disha Patani is looking killer and we just can’t help but stare at her stunning look. Dressed in a Nicolas Jebran designer slit gown, Disha Patani was a stunner. The wavy curls complemented her look with strap heel.
HIT: Swara Bhaskar dazzled at the Filmfare Awards in her ruffled white gown designed by Abu Jani-Sandeep Khosla. The actress made a perfect red carpet style statement and didn’t look less than a fairy.
WORST: Bhumi Pednekar failed to get the right red carpet look with her cut-out black gown from Hema Kaul fashion label. The gown looked quite unflattering though she went with impressive hairstyle, shoes and green jimmy choo clutch.
