Ranbir Kapoor is impressive as Sanjay Dutt in the biopic on the actor, titled ‘Sanju’
Ever since filmmaker Raju Hirani announced a biopic on Sanjay Dutt with Ranbir Kapoor in the lead, everyone wanted to know how the latter would pull off the role. And now that the teaser of the upcoming film titled ‘Sanju’ is out, people are heaping praises upon the young actor. Ranbir’s father Rishi Kapoor took to Twitter immediately to share the poster of the film.

The one-and-a-half-minute-long teaser chronicles the life of the controversial Bollywood star that stepped into the industry at a very young with a solid backing, but created a destiny that took him places he had hardly imagined. From “308” girlfriends to possession of the AK-56 rifle and other facets we barely know of, the official teaser also gives a glimpse into Sanjay Dutt’s personal and professional lives. Surprisingly, Ranbir has managed to nail Dutt’s eight different looks and the Internet is only happier. He has gotten into the skin of real-life Sanjay Dutt so easily that he looks uncannily similar to the star, whose life was nothing short of a roller coaster ride. Except for the baritone, Ranbir got the mannerisms and style spot on and one cannot agree more after watching the trailer.
Going by the looks of it all, we are hoping that ‘Sanju’ would turn out to be as interesting as the makers have been promising. Our verdict? We loved it! We cannot wait to watch Sanjay Dutt’s Biopic releasing on 29th June 2018.
