Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, who has gained international fame, experienced the moment of pride in Melbourne. The Bollywood actress become the first woman ever to hoist the 70th Indian National Flag at the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne (IIFM). Aishwarya along with her darling daughter Aaradhya hoisted the national flag followed by national anthem at Fed Square, Melbourne.

Aish looked stunning in a white and light blue Manish Malhotra floor length Anarkali dress while her daughter Aaradhya can be seen in a pretty white dress.
Well, after flag hosting, Aishwarya also thanked Melbourne for giving such an honour to her. She said, “Thank you so much Melbourne, thank you everyone for giving us such a moment of pride and happiness with so much love and warmth. Celebrating our 70th Independence Day will forever be such a beautiful memory for me and my dearest Aaradhya.”
