The ugly mid-air spat between Kapil Sharma and Sunil Grover on a flight from Melbourne to India has massively damaged Kapil’s show. Along with Sunil Grover, comedians Ali Asgar, Sugandha Mishra and Chandan Prabhakar also walked out of the show. This resulted into low TRPs of the show. Well, none other than Chandan Prabhakar is making a comeback on ‘The Kapil Sharma Show‘ as his original character- chai wallah. Chandan has truly taken everyone by surprise as nobody ever thought that there could be any possibility of reconciliation between Kapil and these comedians.
TOI quoted a source associated with Kapil’s show saying, “Chandan is back on the show for good; Kapil and he have buried the hatchet. A lot has happened in the recent past and we are glad that we have managed to climb up the ratings chart after a brief downfall. Even the negativity associated with the show has started to settle down. Our objective is to make people laugh. We are aware of the new show that will feature Krushna and Ali, and we hope that both the shows do well.”
Chandan also confirmed the news with the daily saying, “I am really excited to be back. Yes, I had some issues with Kapil, but we are brothers and go back a long way. Whatever happened is between us and we are mature enough to sort out our differences.”
It’s amazing to know that they have shown some maturity and have let bygones be bygones. The question still remains whether or not Sunil Grover will join back TKSS. Waiting to see Chandan back on the show!
